Some guys are intellectual and date ugly chicks, cause they're smarter than hot chicks. Yoko Ono was a dog compared to Cynthia Lennon for example. Sometimes ugly chicks will do weird, kinky stuff that normal girls would find shocking. Some guys like leather, masks, and cosplay. Hot chicks never do that geeky stuff. Also, some guys are into BDSM, and want big ugly women to whoop their asses.
